It was a great opportunity to enroll for the MBA in Shipping, Supply Chain and Logistics Management, it benefited me both professionally and personally. I met a lot of interesting people including colleagues and professors who shared their real life experiences with me giving me a different outlook and perspective towards everything, through this journey I made some amazing friends as well.
On the professional front, MBA guided me to have a better understanding of business within my current company and as a freelance consultant. Through this I am now able to fill the knowledge gap I had in project management, marketing, HR and change management.
The MBA is definitely helping me widen my career experience and network channels. I recently started receiving more job offers from well recognized companies. Also, I became well known internationally as a consultant in the region and I got registered in one of the supply chain websites where I get to join conferences to give my point of view on many logistical topics and challenges in the GCC.
All in all, this masters was a great choice that I made in the past few years and I wish I had taken the decision much earlier, however better late than never. And I am forever appreciative of Westford University College staff for their great help and encouragement.
