I love the support provided by the entire management at Westford to their students. These include admin staff, coordinators, professors & all other management staff. The professors and coordinators are extremely supportive & are always available to address any challenges faced by their students.
The MBA program helped me to understand the role & responsibilities of management in achieving the objectives and goals of the organization, which in turn helped me in identifying the objectives and goals of my organization and their expectations of me and thereby working accordingly to accomplish them. This helped me to get better opportunities in my organization and be part of key projects that I was not part of earlier. Another extremely crucial key takeaway through the MBA program was, to develop strategic thinking which helped me to strategize efficiently and thereby helped to improve my performance tremendously and achieve optimum results.
