      This module will equip learners with a set of practical management tools for managing environmental concerns in both the public and private sectors. Students can investigate the policy, legal, and ethical frameworks within which projects function, as well as build the skills required to lead diverse teams sustainably.

      This project module examines the theory and practice of discovering and executing product and system innovation in enterprises. It allows students to critically reflect on the analytic, design, planning, and evaluation tools provided in the curriculum and apply them to the design and construction processes of a project that involves creativity and simulates the real-world feasibility design stage of a Civil and Environmental Engineering project.

      This module focuses on the complexities of project management as well as the tools and practices that enable effective management. Analyze a project failure and offer another course of action. Module information: Analysis and planning of projects; project management approaches.

      This module focuses on the different approaches to the management of organizational resources in different international settings and on the practical challenges of cross-cultural management. Module content: Introduction: The theoretical background international business strategies; International and cross-cultural management; managing in an international context: culture and communications; Contemporary issues in managing international business

      This module investigates BIM principles, specifically: 1) discipline-specific BIM perspectives and 2) digital tools for central, efficient, and secure sharing of data/information on physical and functional characteristics of a structure, forming a reliable basis for decisions from conception to demolition.

      This module is designed to introduce postgraduate students to research methods and statistical analysis. Theoretical, historical, and statistical concepts are taught in lectures with hands-on practical lab sessions using both quantitative and qualitative techniques that allow students to put theory into practice.
