The one-year MBA (Master of Business Administration) in Healthcare Management is a comprehensive program designed for healthcare professionals who are looking forward to a great career in the healthcare industry. Post completion of the program, the learners will be awarded a postgraduate diploma in healthcare management from Cambridge International Qualifications, UK, and an MBA in Healthcare Management from Universidad Catolica de Murcia, UCAM.
The students enrolling with MBA in Healthcare Management will undertake the core modules on International Human Resources, Strategic Change Management, Strategic Management, and Leadership and Operations Management and specialized modules in Healthcare Management and Leadership and Healthcare Operations Management in Part 1, while in part 2 the students will complete the module on Socio-Economic–Legal Environment along with thesis work.

Program Outline – Part A
Part A consists of six modules out of which 4 are core modules and 2 are specialized modules. The six modules will be delivered over a period of six months. All the learners who complete part A will attain 40 ECTS which is equivalent to 120 UK Credits.

Program Outline – Part B
Part B consists of a compulsory module and thesis work. The duration of this is six months. Upon completion of Part A and Part B, learners will receive an MBA Degree in Healthcare Management from UCAM, Spain. Additionally, they will receive 60 ECTS (European Credit Transfer System) equivalent to 180 UK credits.

For the learners who wish to attend classroom sessions, Westford will facilitate classroom sessions every Friday at its campus in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. All the sessions will be delivered by senior faculty members. All the learners will also get access to the state of the art learning system which has option for uploading assignment and reference materials and journals.
MBA in Healthcare Management will be delivered through state of the art online learning system and all the learners will have access to international journals and books. All the programs will be delivered by international faculty and students can attend the live lectures from senior international faculties by logging into the system. All the sessions will be recorded and the students can listen to the lectures at their leisure. The LMS has an option for doubt clarification session and online classroom activity. The classes will be held twice a week (Sunday and Tuesday) for three hours each.
