Job duties and responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality instruction in assigned courses, ensuring alignment with program objectives, and learning outcomes.
- Develop, review, and update curriculum materials to reflect current educational standards, research, and practices.
- Integrate innovative teaching methodologies and technologies to enhance learning experiences.
- Provide academic advising to students, guiding them in course selection, career planning, and academic challenges.
- Mentor students through their academic and professional development, offering support and encouragement.
- Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment that promotes student engagement and success.
- Coordinate educational programs, ensuring smooth operation and alignment with institutional goals.
- Assist in the accreditation processes by preparing reports and documentation and implementing recommendations.
- Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with advancements in the field of education.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and other relevant data.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies, procedures, and regulations.

Education and Experience:
- A doctoral-level qualification in an area of academic relevance to the work of the Department. (OR)
- Master’s degree in education or related discipline.
