    Program Highlights:

    A strong business culture is essential for any successful organization. Culture drives everything from your everyday procedures to your top-level strategic choices, leaving its imprint on your corporate identity, employee engagement, retention rates, and more.

    However, no organizational culture is set in stone. It is continuously changing in reaction to industry developments, new leadership, altering demographics, and other internal and external variables, and it is HR’s role to steer that evolution.
    Learners will gain an understanding of organizational theories in addition to the abilities required to manage a varied group of people with this program.

    The course will provide students with current insights into the major components of business while also allowing them to specialize in building business and human resource management abilities. This will also provide them with the opportunity to network, improve their communication skills, and investigate significant trends in the HR business.

    This qualification has been credit-rated and levelled at Level 9 by the Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA). It appears in the SCQF framework and supports the Curriculum for Excellence requirements. Each module of this programme will give the learners 23 credits, with the total SCQF credits for the programme being 46

    The Diploma in Human Resource and Organizational Psychology consists of 2 modules and is delivered online across the span of 2 months.

    2. Examine the influence of internal and external factors on HRM decision-making.
    3. Take into account best practices in hiring, performance management, organizational growth, incentives, training, and development.
    4. Demonstrate and evaluate the contribution of HR strategies, policies, procedures, and practices to organisational success.
    Learning Outcomes:
    1. Understand and research issues related to equality and diversity in organisations.
    2. Critically evaluate a wide range of recognised techniques and approaches to diversity management in an international business context.
    3. Identify organisational aspects that deter and that encourage diversity management.
    4. Analyse information on equality, diversity and inclusion-related issues in an organisational context which gives equal opportunities to all its employees.
