A recent survey conducted by Executive MBA Council points out that those who graduated an MBA from the UK saw an average increase of around 16 % in their salary prior to their studies. This suggests that the money invested in getting MBA while working shows an upward trend. 40 % of people having Executive MBA said that they received a promotion and got new responsibilities in work and there is a slight increase in such cases from the previous year.
Most of the people who completed executive MBA program said that their leadership abilities increased after the course and they were able to add value in the activities in the organization. As the length of Executive MBA is less compared to ordinary full time MBA the time factor gives an advantage over other courses.
The salary hike that most people got was above fifty per cent after participating in Executive MBA Program.
