This generally involves the branding of the company’s image and developing a work culture. Talent Acquisition manager should make the key factors that differentiate the company from Â its competitors and the management of reputation about the company the products being manufactured by the company and the services offered by the company.
Relationship with the Candidates
This part of the talent acquisition program involves a positive experience for the candidate and management of the communities where the candidates are involved. It also comes under the duty of talent acquisition manager that the relationship with the candidate is maintained by the talent acquisition manager.
