International Women’s Day is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating gender parity. The 2019 theme is “A Balanced World is a Better World.” On this day we commit to “Raise awareness against bias. And Take action for equality.”
