About Certified Team Leader Professional Programme
This professional program was created in collaboration with the Chartered Management Institute and assists professionals in acquiring a Certified Team Leader Professional Programme credential from the Chartered Management Institute, UK. The program’s goal is to help learners transition from working on their own to manage others and to prepare them to take responsibility for getting work done through others on the team and to effectively manage team members by sharing information, offering autonomy, being aware of people’s needs, and providing direction.
Entry Requirements
- Completed 12/ A Levels/ International Baccalaureate
- Applicants must have an internationally recognised English language qualification equivalent to IELTS 6.0 (minimum of 5.5 in each component).
- All instruction on the programme will be in English.
