Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the key representative for Westford, promoting the institution’s values and strategic objectives to internal and external stakeholders, both locally and internationally.
- Represent Westford at national and international forums, industry events, and conferences. Effectively communicate the institution’s mission and values to external stakeholders, enhancing its visibility and influence.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities for business development, student engagement, and strategic partnerships that align with Westford’s long-term vision.
- Consistently communicate Westford’s academic vision and core values to staff, students, and external partners, ensuring clarity and alignment across programs and initiatives.
- Establish and nurture relationships with industry leaders, professional organizations, and government bodies to enhance Westford’s reputation and create new avenues for growth.
- Identify and develop opportunities for new revenue streams through student recruitment, international collaborations, research activities, and commercial ventures.
- Represent Westford at national and international forums, fostering relationships that bolster the institution’s presence on the global stage.
- Represent Westford at external engagements, conferences, and industry events, acting as the face of the institution and advocating for its mission and vision.
- Maintain active communication with stakeholders, including students, staff, alumni, industry partners, and government entities, ensuring that Westford’s strategic goals and values are well understood and supported.
- Collaborate with academic leaders and student services teams to implement initiatives that support student success, including career preparation, learning skills development, and retention strategies.
- Advocate for the use of cutting-edge technologies to enhance learning, support student success, and maintain Westford’s academic standards in a dynamic educational environment.
- Proactively monitor trends within the higher education sector and anticipate challenges, positioning Westford to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
