Part One: Postgraduate Extended Diploma in Business Management (Logistics and Supply Chain Leadership)
Part One of the program comprises 7 Mandatory core modules.

1. Critically review and analyze the importance of HRM and its practices in an organization, and how it can be linked with an organizational behaviour activity in overcoming business issues and challenges for a better performance of the organization.
2. Critically review and analyze the framework of leadership and consider the nature, strengths, and weaknesses of the various approaches: traits; functional; behavioural; style; contingency. The continuum of leadership behaviour should be explored in some depth with consideration of the factors determining the chosen leadership style.
3. Discuss the concept of organizational behaviour and its interface with management. Review and critically synthesize the various influences on behaviour in organizations and the interface with management in integrating and balancing these.
4. Assess the role of IHRM and its impact on global organizations. Identify some of the key HRM challenges facing organizations working internationally. Discuss the prevalent HRM practices in global organizations.
Learning Outcomes
1. Know the various tools, and techniques and apply suitable tools and techniques in different alternative scenarios of Operations Management.
2. Apply information management techniques and evaluate them in the context of operational functions to achieve competitive advantage and make the organization globally competitive.
3. Apply and critically evaluate the importance of project management to given business situations (Using PERT / CPM).
4. Demonstrate operations strategy in the domestic and global context and evaluate how the use of technology has impacted operational functions.

Part Two: Executive MBA in Logistics and Supply Chain Leadership
Part Two of the program comprises 2 mandatory specialized modules.

2. Critically review the use of information technology to optimize supplier relationships in an organization.
3. Critically analyze the role of logistics and procurement, including buyer/ supplier relationships in the Supply Chain industry.
4. Critically review and discuss the basics of shipping operations, including the documentation involved.
Learning Outcomes
1. Understand cross-functional drivers of a supply chain in a globally competitive context.
2. Understand Multi-model logistics systems, shipping strategies, stockholding, inventory, and warehousing management in a global context.
3. Understand supply chain management system models and techniques like SCOR and CPFR.
4. Analyze financial agreements within supply chain management systems and the issues surrounding tariffs, taxes, and payment methods in supply chain networks.
Upon Completion of Part One and Part Two, Learners will receive up to 60 ECTS.
The Triple Certified MBA will be facilitated by renowned faculty with decades of experience in the domain.
