A strong business culture is essential for any successful organization. Culture drives everything from your everyday procedures to your top-level strategic choices, leaving its imprint on your corporate identity, employee engagement, retention rates, and more.

The course will provide students with current insights into the major components of business while also allowing them to specialize in building business and human resource management abilities. This will also provide them with the opportunity to network, improve their communication skills, and investigate significant trends in the HR business.
This qualification has been credit-rated and levelled at Level 9 by the Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA).
