Anil brings over 40 years of professional experience. He is currently a Master Trainer and recognised as an outstanding leader in the field of academic and commercial management. He was also actively engaged in training while serving in the Indian army and was delegated by the Indian government to form the Botswana Defence Force. Anil is currently spearheading all training programs, as academic director and quality head of Westford Education Group in the United Arab Emirates and all its branches worldwide. He is a very passionate trainer and takes immense pride in dealing with the most important resource, the human resource and believes that people sometimes limit their progress by building barriers with self-defeating prophecies and he enjoys assisting people to successfully overcome them.

Zawahir has over two decades of academic expertise in engineering and management sciences in teaching and advisory capacities. Throughout his teaching journey, he has facilitated a meaningful learning environment. Prior to Westford, Zawahir was the Academic Head of i2i Consultancy, coordinating International Leadership Initiatives for MBA students. Zawahir’s got a B.E. In Mechanical Engineering, and a M. Tech. In the field of Engineering Management. He is currently head of Blended Learning at Westford University College. He has lived and worked in India, the UAE, Malaysia and South Africa, pursuing a career in academic excellence, and has participated and published research papers at numerous international conferences.

Dr. Andrew Hambler

Dr. Andrew Hambler
Andrew is an experienced academic who has worked for 17 years in universities in the United Kingdom as a Senior Lecturer and Associate Professor. He studied for his doctorate at Durham University. Andrew worked with the Westford University College for many years as a partnership manager and link tutor and has a detailed understanding of the needs and expectations of experienced professionals undertaking study internationally. Andrew’s research is in the areas of labor law and human resources and he has a particular interest in religion in the workplace. He has published several articles, book chapters and a monograph. He started his career as an HR Consultant for the global financial services company PWC. For some years, he was an officer in the British Reserve Forces.

Dr Martin Eley

Dr Martin Eley
Martin has over three decades of experience in management consulting and business, including with corporations in the Gulf area, followed by more than a decade in academia. He formerly served as Director of Marketing for Zurich International Solutions Europe and as Director of Investment Business within Centrica (including British Gas, Goldfish, and Automobile Association) Financial Services. Martin has also worked as a management consultant for clients such as Aviva Investors, Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and Ford Europe. He has also been a member of Price Waterhouse Coopers Business Turnaround Network and operated as the Chief Executive of a designated UK Public Corporation. Martin has conducted International Collaborative Research for European Union Initiatives, UK Government Departments, and other regional agencies in collaboration with many universities and prominent industry companies. He earned his master’s and doctorate degrees from Middlesex University in London and holds Fellowships in a range of professional institutes. He has held academic roles at Nottingham Trent and Birmingham City Universities, and as an external examiner at the other UK and European universities. Director of Corporate and Executive Education; Subject Team Leader for Management, Strategy, and Business; Director of DBA Programs; Director of Executive MBA Programs; and Associate Professor in Strategy and Management were all positions held at BCU. Martin created and led BCU’s DBA program and has served on the DBA Symposium steering committee with the British Academy of Management and the Chartered Association of Business Schools.

Paul has over 18 years of experience in the area of supply chain management, which enables him to acquire a comprehensive understanding of warehouses, strategic sourcing, inventory management and freight logistics. He has been a full-time practitioner for most of his career and has been passing his knowledge to students for the last 13 years. He holds an MSc in Procurement from the University of South Wales (UK), Postgraduate Degree in Higher Education (HE) at Greenwich University (UK) and is MCIPS eligible for the past 11 years. At Westford, Paul is currently the leader in many companies and project-based modules and supply chain management courses. Paul is designated as a dissertation supervisor for both undergraduate and MBA students with a research interest in operations and supply chain management.

Alan Lukose

Alan Lukose
Alan has nearly 20 years of experience in various roles, such as managing and consulting, including a decade of teaching and training experience. He contributed to the content development of numerous programs for a number of prestigious institutions. After completing his MBA at Western Michigan University in the United States, he worked with IT companies in contract staffing and IT project outsourcing. Following that, he worked as an independent HR consultant for IT firms, sourcing talent and meeting training needs. His passion for education led him to turn to teaching and training. Some of the courses, Alan has covered include strategic management, human resources development and management, organizational behaviour, marketing management and change management.

Lee is a seasoned academic with over 22 years of experience as a Senior Lecturer for the higher education sector. He earned his Ph.D. from Keele University in the United Kingdom. As a partnership manager, Lee has worked with multiple international partners across Sri Lanka, Oman, China, and Dubai throughout his career, including the Westford University College. H Lee has a thorough grasp of the requirements and expectations of seasoned professionals international students. His research areas are in the wide domain of organizational studies centered on Human Resource Management, with a focus on Hermeneutics, Identity, and Change Resistance. Lee also serves as an External Examiner in the United Kingdom, advising partners on quality assurance procedures. Prior to entering academia, he worked as a design and development engineer in the rail industry in the United Kingdom.

Dr Raman has 24 years of experience, in Senior Management roles, across South Asian banking & Financial Services sector. Prior to his expertise in research, he was designated Dy. Vice-President and Head of Training at HDFC Bank. Dr. Raman has served various leading MNC and Domestic Private Sector Banks through his long and fulfilling career in mid-and senior management capacities. With his expertise and knowledge, Dr. Raman is a senior faculty member of Westford and is active in the delivery of many General Management modules along with the exchange of applicable knowledge through accounting, finance, and risk management-based programs. He is also a renowned research supervisor; he assists, coaches, and directs undergraduate, and postgraduate students, on diverse ‘new age’ and ‘contemporary business research’ subjects.

Ankita has more than 11 years’ experience in the fashion industry. She holds a master’s degree from the National Institute of Fashion Technology. Ankita is a talented and promising designer. She participated twice in the Amazon India Fashion Week where her creations were shown on the ramp. Before Westford, she worked as a Senior Designer for a well-known label Mantra. She has also participated once in South Indian Fashion Awards. She has judged a couple of fashion shows. Dr. Ansarullah Tantry teaches the BSc Business Psychology (LJMU) program at Westford University College. He has over 9 years of expertise in the field. He began his career as a counselor and special education teacher in 2012 and was later offered a lectureship. He works with the Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO) in India as a Research Investigator beginning in 2013. He created the Picture Perception and Discussion Test, which is a psychological tool for assessing personality (PP & DT). He also received the Best Paper Award from SMBS, Canada, at an international conference. He graduated from Barkatullah University in India in 2019 with a Ph.D. in Psychology. His review investigated how positive psychological elements influence organizational behavior. He has served as an Assistant Professor at prestigious institutions such as Punjab’s Lovely Professional University, Mumbai’s Amity University, and the University of Kashmir. He has over 20 peer-reviewed papers in major international magazines. He has written various works, notably The Personality Theories (2020), Theories, and Systems of Psychology (2020), and others.

Neetha has two years of industry experience and over 18 years of post-graduate teaching experience, of which close to 15 years have been as faculty member in the Operations domain at Rajagiri Business School, Kerala, where she also served as the Chair of the PGDM programme. As head of the EFMD Programme Accreditation team at the School during the eligibility phase, she played a key role in getting the PGDM programme of the School the eligibility to enter the accreditation process. Her research interests are in the areas of humanitarian operations and servitization. In 2006, he began his career as a Kinesiologist and Assistant Professor in India before moving to Dubai and joining the UAE Land Forces as Sports Manager in Tawai Murah, Dubai. Her research during her Masters focused on “Spiritual Intelligence among Young Adults.” With extensive counselling experience, Bhakti has worked with over 250 clients globally and conducted more than 400 counselling sessions. His roles include Vice Chancellor and Registrar positions in India and internationally, and he has held significant positions such as Professor Cum Director at the University of Mumbai. Dr. Arora has influenced educational systems in various countries, including the UAE, Bahrain, Germany, Portugal, Ghana, Namibia, and the Philippines, driving growth and global expansion through strategic planning. He holds an MBA and a Ph.D. in Business Policy & Administration from the University of Mumbai and has a diverse background spanning industries such as BFSI, Automotive, Manufacturing, Oil, FMCG, and more. Certified as a Training Facilitator by CAMI, USA, and holding a Fellow Doctorate from the Royal Institute of Management, Singapore, Dr. Arora has mentored over 100,000 corporate professionals through training and coaching. His extensive experience includes 17,000 hours of fieldwork, 3,200 hours of business consulting, and 2,500 competency assessments. Recognized by the Government of India and the Philippine Association of Extension Program Implementers, Inc. Dr. Charles Agyepong-Mensah is an academic researcher and psychology lecturer with a Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology from London South Bank University. He also holds a Master’s degree in the Psychology of Education from University College London and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from London South Bank University. Dr. Agyepong-Mensah specializes in teaching cognitive, developmental, and social psychology, as well as research methods and statistics at both undergraduate and Level 3 courses. His research focuses on executive functions, time perception, and prospective memory in adults with dyslexia. He has extensive expertise in quantitative research methods and significant experience in experimental laboratory operations, including administering psychometric tests and programming research tasks.
