The Westford Mentorship program is a unique opportunity for industry experts to connect with the next generation of workforce.
The program aims to address the industry academia gap and create corporate ready graduates through the mentor-mentee relationship.
A mentor is a coach, a support network and a motivator who can share real world knowledge gained through extended education and professional experience.
The growth and development students gain as mentees from the guidance of an industry expert is second to none.
Mentoring is a two-way journey of learning, one of the key qualities of a successful leader is the ability to mentor and develop others effectively.
Mentors and mentees will experience hassle free development with effective results.

The Program
Who
Mentors: Our mentorship opportunity is open to Westford Alumni from the MBA and DBA programs, as well as working professionals. All participants must have a minimum of 5 years of managerial experience. Mentees: Top selected Westford students studying from level 5 and above
When
The program will run twice a year with a 6-month duration. With a minimum commitment of 6 meetings
