Industry Visits
Westford University College places a high value on industry visits. Students are taken on industrial excursions around the UAE, where they engage with company personnel and get first-hand knowledge of how a corporate organisation operates. The primary goal of the programme is to familiarise students with industrial practices and the workings of the business world. Students are exposed to real-world situations and occurrences in businesses, refining their corporate skills and industry expertise.

We at Westford strive to provide access to invaluable experiences that bolster our students on their way to becoming successful in their chosen professions.
The Westford Mentorship Program aims to address the industry academia gap to create corporate ready graduates through the mentor-mentee relationship. Our students will be encouraged to seek information and guidance from their mentor, and utilize the insight gained from learning about their mentor’s skills, experience, and knowledge to inform decisions about their own future.
While the mentor can expect to gain increased knowledge of the current job market, hear fresh perspectives, develop career management skills and an expanded professional network.
Westford Awards
Westford Awards, the first-ever awards initiative held by a business school, aimed at celebrating and honouring the accomplishments of corporates, start-ups, and individuals. The event is devoted to recognizing the best practices and efforts of those who have had a major impact in the UAE. With the objective of fostering quality and innovation, by providing networking, marketing, and acknowledgment, Westford Awards supports the idea of continual development and visionary projects to boost sustainability and overall effectiveness.
